As you gain altitude, the air becomes fresher and you’ll see snow-capped peaks like Langtang Lirung. The trail passes through Langtang National Park, home to wildlife such as red pandas, Himalayan monkeys, and colorful birds.
The trek takes 7–10 days, with overnight stays in cozy teahouses or lodges, offering simple Nepali meals like dal bhat and momo. The best seasons are autumn and spring, when weather is clear and flowers bloom.
